Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use unless the offer states otherwise.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Educational content is provided for informational purposes. Results may vary depending on skill level, materials, and practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finelane Knit School will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable purchase giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, other users, or our rights.

Upon termination, any licenses granted to you will cease, and you must stop using the Service. Sections intended to survive termination will survive.
